easy way to lose weight quickly

My advice, search first if the cause of your excess weight.  If there is suspicion due to a certain condition, would be treated prior illness.  However, if the problem is controlling your diet and lifestyle, then obviously you have to control yourself and do sports.  Nothing else better, although it seems old and difficult.


It is difficult to make lose weight rapidly and easily.  All that is excessive or the lack thereof is not good, but more is not better if we did not try to get it.  My advice, try to see your doctor that you trust to verify overall physical health.


If indeed there is no underlying disease after a thorough review, see a dietitian if you have difficulties in the daily food promotion.  Of course, also very good if accompanied by of a healthy lifestyle with adequate to take exercise.
